Incoming inspection
Incoming inspection:
Steel office furniture raw materials and product accessories are inspected by inspectors in accordance with the relevant national standards, and exterior accessories are inspected by professional quality inspectors. The quality inspection results are an important basis for whether the supplier is qualified.

Incoming inspection
First inspection:
According to the production process of steel office furniture, before starting production at each stage, the first three products will be selected for inspection by the inspectors according to the corresponding inspection procedures, and the first inspection record will be filled in. If the product is not qualified, it shall be required to rework , until the quality inspectors confirm that the product is correct before mass production.

Incoming inspection
Mutual inspection:
According to the production process, the operators of the next process should inspect the products transferred from the previous process, and continue processing after passing the inspection. If any unqualified products are found, they should be promptly reworded and informed to the corresponding operator.

Spot check:
During the production process, the professional quality inspectors should cooperate with the production director, workshop director, and quality inspection director to supervise the initial inspection and mutual inspection of raw materials and operators, conduct spot checks based on the percentage required, and promptly feedback the results to the operators and relevant department heads.

Final inspection:
The final inspectors should check whether the preliminary inspection records are complete, and conduct assembly inspection on the finished products based on the percentage to check whether the product characteristics meet the requirements, whether the color and weight meet the standards, and whether the accessories are complete. After confirmation, they can be warehoused or delivered.
